Whatever you guys are doing to Resto druid has not worked. This class is complete dog compared to my other healers that heal 10x better for way less effort.

Saw a full expansion of s tier.
Always terrible the following expansion. Nothing has changed.
The underlying effect is Rdruid is extremely weak in pve. M+ related not good. Raising wise mid upper.

Strongest healer in Ansurek and Court (2 hard bosses in raid) and one of the strongest classes for mythic+ with 2 rdruids being in the top 10 with 8 shamans.
They are also fairly balanced in pvp there is just disc priests running around everywhere that are just 100 times stronger then anything right now with a bunch of instant gcd saves and a bunch of instant casts doing insane healing.
That’ll bring it back to S next patch.

That’s not why they are mid in PvP.
The hot healing itself is not strong in this meta. Too many purges in the game with the new changes to reactive pushing Rdruid even lower because there is 0 punishment to pressing purge. If you get cc’d and blooms get purged you’re set so far behind.
Rdruid doesn’t do damage while all these other healers like Pres and disc do. If you don’t damage you will lose in the long run because damage wins overall always.
Let’s bet on it boss man.
If something is weak in pve, buffs will come down thw line, bet ya 20 Blizz bucks.

Yeah Rdruid are suffering badly in pve imo. But it doesn’t shock me at the same time because Rdruid shined so well all through DF.
In pve it was like middle of the patch most of the xpac? It definitely wasn’t the best healer for m+ that alternated between hpal/mw and not even playing a healer for rank 1 keys.
I didn’t really play much pvp but it seemed okay before treants, after treants the spec was horrible to play with and against. Like oh let me put these bots out that do 40% of my healing, please don’t range or line them!
Spec needs like a 6% aura buff in pvp and it’ll still probably be below hpal and even with mw/disc
Rdruid can do plenty of damage, it’s just so locked by how many globals are needed to heal that it doesn’t get the chance too.
Druid needs better dispel protection and either longer duration hots or more ways to spread them with less globals.

Nope. Never. I will take hpal meta over an rdruid meta any day of the week.

I don’t think Rdruid is gunna see meta this expansion. That’s just me. The rotation is pretty obvious to me at least.
At the beginning of season 2 DF Obsidian, people were shredding through hots. Then it got worse when people got 2 set / 4 set… treats solved that issue quick.
They were extremely broken in season 2. But probably the weakest currently. Treats took massive healing nerfs & we also lost the 3 person tier healing which was a massive part of the healing in DF.
It’s arena forum - nobody cares about PvE.
There are few reasons why R Druid is so bad:
- Adaptive Swarm removal - while overall healing is similar single target sustain healing suffered
- Blizzard tries to push Dream of Cenarius too hard but this talent doesn’t have enough throughput to be played.
- R Druid is gatekept because it was good whole last expansion.
Resto druid/Prot Warrior 2s is my favorite comp
