It’s a reincarnation, and everybody who believes in it knows that when you reincarnate you can come as a different gender, and even a different species. Kardecism for example believes in 9 planets where you can incarnate after you die for example. Pelagos will lose his memories of his past life, so why is ppl considering him a Trans?

I agree, being more “inclusive” and getting rid of what’s already there is not inclusive. Pelagos is a new being. But it must be awkward when he will find out his memories of his past life.

I would suppose at the moment he could be considered trans because of his memories. He transitioned from female to male, so it makes sense in the context of the game.
As far as reincarnation and all of that lovely jazz, it all comes down to semantics that most people really are not that invested in.

It’s not being shoved in your face, you have to actively seek out dialogue with Pelagos to even see it.
Unlike the heterosexual relationship between Tyrande and Malfurion in Legion that was literally shoved in our faces for like almost an entire zone.

I’m not sure if the dialogue is only available to Kyrian Covenant members, but I don’t remember any dialogue mentioning his past life as being female or anything. I thought it would be a part of one of the cleansing s or something where we learned about it, but maybe I just missed the dialogue.
