Rogues are in a bad spot and the class forums will prove it. The skill level to reach 2400 on a rogue vs on a ww, dh, druid, or ret is just not on par. There needs to be a buff of damage.
At this point im sure all rogues would rather have bubbles than stealth. It is always buggy and the “pick your fight” is out the door. Our blind is a joke, deathmark is dispelled easily or gets cycloned on a daily, and there is no wiggle room for messups.
I feel like we are the proud…the few…the mar…i mean the class the keeps getting left out. Less and less want to play rogue. The people that hate rogues just don’t understand them and how DRs work. Its the only class you have to count down continuously to time everything right. Then, boom your 2min css you saved up just got nuked by a simple gcd or something like a cyclone.
I have at least one of every class in the game and all I do is PVP. My rogue is light on damage. I can literally beat on someone all day and never take them down (especially healers) with 1.5 million health my 15k hits are a joke. I wait 2 minutes for 300k but that just gets healed right away.
The 5 you’ve listed are indeed more popular though Assassination is next.
Rogue is definitely too big brain for me. Maybe they should get a buff for the mastery needed to play one. With that said I don’t think the game has ever worked off making the most complicated class the strongest else Feral would be up there too.
Yeh I don’t know WTF they done with rogues. I used to mythic raid with them in all three specs, and do well, but just today got my rogue to 465ish iLVL, went into the raid, 45K DPS.
An hour later got my warlock to 465ish iLVL, both no tier, never really cared for my warlock, never done anything more than a single M3 in SL, no raids, no PVP, 120k DPS.
