We have the technology people. Let the community decide which AV they want to queue for.
If the rush down AV or Grindy AV is a ghostown then it will be on the community.
I find it funny that Blizzard tries to convince us there is no other options.

We’d still choose the path of least resistance and old AV would be forever in queue.

Blizzard is not into player choice. They try to determine what is best for everyone and then implement it as the only option. It’s been this way for quite a long time.

There are no other options. 1.12 AV is the most recent AV from vanilla WoW.
Accept that Horde have the disadvantage. Alliance dealt with it for 1 whole month.

They had a disadvantage because of they have a community of abandoning each-other, we have a disadvantage due to poor game design, theres a big difference

Sure! Lets also include LFR and cross-realm zones.
Or we could leave things alone.
I mean we have a bigger disadvantage in 1.5 AV lol. We just want to have the option to hop into a bg we can chill out in and get big battles.

Just the stupid suggestions.
For example: yours.
Classic+ doesn’t lead to retail but releasing expansions after vanilla certainly does.
I would like 1.12 AV with an old school 1.5 that pops in its place once every 2 weeks.
To do it every week it gets old. Keep it a fun epic fight by somewhat limiting it. Think it would get more involvement from the rankers also.
Blizzard would have to announce the day before hand. So people know what they are getting into.

Classic is watered down Everquest. Enjoy your easy mode graveyards, your rested XP, your easy mode soloing. Getting to max level in a few months is for people who won’t put the time into a proper game.

I like that. These alarmists don’t realize that Both AV technically exist in Classic.
Because that WILL be a player made problem. Players will realize the tough AV wont yield as much honor as the zerg AV they’ll go zerg AV. You can’t give people a choice, that’s why this AV is getting zerged in the first place…we all have the option to not zerg, but we do because we can.
Because they don’t concrete data on anything other than 1.12 patch
Give us both AV’s.
Then everyone is happy
Ok, then people will zerg and few can have fun in old AV.
Perhaps an organic old AV following develops and the players balance their choices? I know it sounds crazy but not everyone who plays Blizzard games is a ID machine.
