Why not give Casuals high lvl gear?

As it stand, you’re right below heroic raiding gear. That’s more than fair.

I remember all the threads in 9.0 and 9.0.5 asking for normal raid quality gear and that people didnt care how long of a grind it took.

Blizz gives it to them and they STILL complain.
