Anyone else find it annoying that you cannot have x2 instances of wow up at the same time? For context I mainly pvp in retail wow, As you may or may not know solo shuffle ques for dps is anywhere from 15-45 minues depending on rating. I just want to level on SOD while I wait, not play another video game waiting for a que to pop 
You can. You just need multiple accounts.

I have 2 always going at once. I just find it annoying when people don’t even try to look for an answer for something and instead complain that someone isn’t holding their hand.

Yeah. I don’t now, but during Classic 2019, when there were 11+ hour queues to get into some servers, I did also.
And, it was nice being able to solo farm SGC on my warrior (is it still considered solo, if you’re playing two accounts?) healing on my pally.
