A good change for pvp though be would to guarantee an extra proc and make divine toll’s judgement deals just a little less damage. So it’s consistent and not casino rng oneshot. Cause the main problem with that ability is that it can do anywhere between 5k to 30k, so its extremely bad for the ret if your luck is 0, and extremely toxic for opponents if your luck is 100.

what if ret having any extra access to huge ranged burst that doesn’t require any resources is a bad idea even if there’s no rng in it
