Why no Rustbolt armories in the last 5 days?

I’ve been trying to get the anti-gravity pack blueprint from Rustfeather with no luck. So i’ve had to rely on the armories. Are they gone for good? Haven’t seen one all week…

Other than the Reclamation Rig, the construction projects rotate at random. So the armory projects won’t always be available.
