Because from the 2 devs that were in charge for PvP one got fired the social media team and the the remaining one is playing Ret.
To be honest, I have no idea why but I think there is literally nobody left looking into things, because nobody could ever think the current balance deserves a description like that.

If you wanted to play the game so badly you would just roll a ret paladin. That’s the game now, paladins are just better and are MEANT to be better, you aren’t supposed to be on their level.
