Why can’t the KT human be paladin? As I recall, there were paladins who followed Dealin when he fell in Theramoore. Also as a member of the Old Alliance I’m sure there must be paladins amongst their rank.
The requirement for being a paladin, as far as I know, is to be blessed by the Light. This blessing can come in many forms: through priesthood training by Faol (human and dwarves), ftom being bestowed by the Naaru (draenei) or by forcefully taking from them (BElf), by worshipping forces of nature such as the sun (Tauren) or the loa(Zandalari). So for the case of KT, they certainly underwent training with the Silver Hand back in the Old Alliance time and they can also be blessed by the sea. Also, the Ordee of Ember can be seen as a paladin order.
Lore wise I believe these KT human should be paladin so what prevents them from being so?

OMG FACTION INBALANCE HORDE HAS JUST 3 PALADIN RACES OMG OMG.
…people like that, most likely. Or Bliz themselves thinking the Alliance already has enough Paladins.
I’m all for it, myself. Same as Warlock Zandalari. Who knows the reasoning behind things?

Most likely to emphasise the differences between them and Stormwind humans.

I hear they are making a few changes to the Warcraft 3 story with the release of Warcraft 3: Reforged to better connect it to WoW.
If that turns out to be true, I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed those paladin honor guards that protected the Lord Admiral to a different unit. Maybe they will change them to tidesages.
I guess they wanted to show that Kul Tiras has a different belief system than the other human kingdoms (despite Warcraft 3 showing the Paladins). I suppose they believe the Kul Tiras belief system better stems from tidesages and thornspeakers.
Talking about the Zandalari, I’m surprised to see that they have monk and not warlock. It is true that races that join after the fall of Legion should not have access to warlock, but the Zandalari have been around and they are expert at the fel-magic. One reason that I can see for the lack of warlock in their roster is that the warlocks were purged together with Zul, Yanma, and their followers. Just like how Garrosh murdered warlocks back in MoP, only this time the trolls are more throughout and leave no warlock alive (or all are exiled).
For monk, it makes no sense for these trolls to use the martial arts of the people whom they once want to dominate. Meanwhile, there were worgen and goblin presented in MoP so how come these two Cata races still don’t have access to monk? IMO, the races that should NOT have access to monk should be the Zandalari and the four allied races that were added during Legion. These allied guys have been isolated from the world for centuries until we come there and discover them so they shouldn’t have any experience with the martial art from Pandaria.

Because Zandalari can’t be warlocks.
The Kul Tirans don’t worship the Light at all, similar to Gilneans. Their religion revolves around the sea and thus no paladins for them. In the Second War the Kul Tiran’s involvment was mostly on naval battles, not so much land ones. Paladins weren’t really needed for them.
But the trade off is they have shaman and druid so they stand out as different.

I think maybe, they follow more of a pagan style of life…sure there are a few that are paladins like Taelia foredragon but over all it is a pagan society…thats why they got Druids and Shamans.
Isn’t the worship of the light popular in Drustvar though? Also I vaguely remember Daelin having Kul’tiran Paladins with him in WC3.
Taelia says: Most people here look to the sea for guidance the same way others look to the Light, but the tidesages have a much deeper connection with the water.

we all know the dev’s don’t care about our thoughts or opinions on game design, or whether we like something or not. there are no KT pallies because they don’t want them. plain and simple.
i am sure there are a few exceptions but overall it is not popular upon the majority of the populace. being a Paladin takes strict teaching and requires a life time devotion, most Paladins are in their later years before actually recieving their paladinship.
Kul Turins are fisherman by trade (and very traditional) and to take up that type of dedication would take food from their tables. We are talking generations of families. So to go astray like that would cause major conflict in the family.
Much like how Lightforged have a human member but humans cant be Lightforged I think its safe to say Kul’Tirans can be paladins through training but as an Allied Race coming in the people just dont follow the Light in that way.
Paladins under Daelin were exceptions but im sure if it was fleshed out enough it could be said some Kul’tirans went and joined the Paladins and learned it, but the practice isnt really seen on Kul’Tiras. It would have to be an outsider Kul’Tiran coming back.
Kultirans not worship the Light
There are only those water shamen and those drusts who suffer from inbreeding
And if people wanted shamen and Druids deformed, something should be sacrificed
At least can be mages, right?
The light has a strict “No fatties” policy.
Sorry.

Yes. Orc Priests NPCs have been in the game since Classic. Can’t believe it took Blizzard 14 freaking years to finally let them be playable.
You do realize that Priests have two orders? The Light isn’t the only one.
This is most likely it. Additionally, Kul Tiras is meant to be its own nation with its own systems. The light is largely absent from the Kul Tiras we see in warcraft, and their culture is more akin to Mag’har with a belief in darker, and void related magics.
I’ll trade you Blood Elf Druids if us Alliance Players can have Kul’tiran Paladin Reinhardts.
