I was just curious why there are no heirloom pieces for the wrist, hands, waist, and feet.
they came out in different patches, i.e. expansions. some involved guild rewards, while others came from other sources like badges, honor, and the brawler’s stuff.
I see empty slots on my heirloom page for stuff like Brawler’s Razor Claws and Unstable Elemental Confluence but I’m wondering why I can’t see other items so that I might at least know what to grind for acquisition of available items. I never got the Brawler’s Claws, and I know I never will since Brawler’s Club’s been shut down been for good, but it still shows up as an omission.
my bad. i was thinking you meant in classic. i hadn’t had coffee earlier, lol… but yeah, i wish they filled out the rest,
for balancing reasons and to not invalidate the leveling gear upgrade experience.
Blizzard wants you to keep visiting the transmogger as you level so you never have enough gold.
(I’m kidding, Blizzard. You know I love you.)
That’s funny considering the cost of leveling up the heirloom gear
Fair point.
i realized while leveling recently that tbh the dungeon gear you get is like on par with heirlooms
OMG You mean I can’t equip on my Head, shoulder, knees, and TOES!?? Head, Shoulder, Knees, but NOT TOES???
Don’t worry, you can equip on eyes, ears, mouth and nose.
LOL love it
It only ended being close to that way after the 7.3.5 nerfs. Like heirloom was within 2 ilvls of same level heroic gear. And then further cemented with the full heirloom change of SL.
Yeah half the time the dungeon drops are a slight upgrade for your current level, but then when you ding, the heirloom gets better… until that next dungeon drop.
True and often I will get a blue or purp that significantly outperforms the loom but will vendor it because I’m too lazy to swap out.
