Prepatch is next week.
Far as it stands still Blood Elf and Draenei are still not able to be boosted. Goodluck of your on a pvp server folks will camp you preventing you to reaching 58 to 60 before TBC launch.

Because they want you paying, soon as they communicate it risks you not paying
