It would be A if the S tier specs were toned down, but they aren’t.
He’s not smart is why we should listen to the Warrior mains about how good fury is because they are the least biased.

Playing with blizo and winning with blizo playing fury war during offline cups, also seeing a lot of fury wars still being played in EU. NA warriors are just all horrid compared to blizo so they think the spec is a lot worse than it really is.

That’s some copium. Warrior is arguably the easiest class in the game to play at high level.
The classes that warrior does well into, anyone at a high level can login and beat with a warrior. The classes warrior isn’t good into, they won’t play warrior.
Not that blizo isn’t good. But to pretend he’s somehow better than magnus, smexxin, etc. Is a joke when the skill ceiling is so low on warrior.
Meta is different between eu and NA. Always has been. EU plays more ele. They’re already changing to BM hunters and NA staying marksman. They value jungle more than NA does. Lots more rmp in eu so that drives the meta at the top of eu to be different compared to NA.

Even magnusz and smexxin would tell you straight up blizo is better than them, awc players are just a lot better than ladder players not to say mag or smex couldn’t compete but atm blizo is on another level.
The only insight given was that EU and NA metas are different so Warrior can work in EU, but according to every NA warrior it shouldn’t ever work because it’s so bad.

Warrior is one of the most game knowledge required classes in the game at the highest level. If you played it the same way at r1 as you did at 2k, you’d be getting slaughtered every game.
You need to actually know so much, and react to so much for your team to be able to properly do things, and it’s abused heavily by slight positional errors AT the highest level.
It’s funny, because if we talk specifically about Blizo, they play specifically thunder. They will play that into anything because the comp is a win or lose to everything matchup. Nothing beats it, but nothing loses to it decisively.
While yes, this is accurate, EU tends to be the ones that find the meta first. The only actual difference is the top end being mostly filled with Rogue caster comps and jungles, as they have the best of each comp respectively across multiple different rosters. But this is also the region that favours things like ele comps, as you said, because it allows for things like Thunder, or niche comps like ele/dev, ele/rogue, ele/dh to prosper as you have that spec that may not be the most overwhelming, but the utility is out of the world when played well.
Basically, EU is more creative. NA is more stagnant. Things get picked up really slowly here. And trying to say Blizo isn’t the single best warrior in the world is CRAZY man. That guy actually hits different if you play against him compared to anyone else. It’s not to discredit someone like magnusz, but Blizo is just built different.
