and the same with the other one, why we keep such old images ?
come on blizzard, i know a multi millinare company, i am sure you can spare some bucks for new loading screens that matches the current leaders of the factions

The loading screens are supposed be the way they are, as the content for those continents is time locked. It represents those expansions.

the art was made for 15 inch crt monitors. it’s 2025
i get that part, but still, but those are contients of our capital cities, they should leave them for time travel players who are in that time line, and update the rest to be accurate to the current lore
this reminds me to those images where there were lik 4 warchiefs, it really kill the imersion of the story, which is already bad to be honest
but if you are e new player, well, blizzard wont care in putting you the things easy or enjoyable to you, which is really sad, i think they really have some good ideas but yeah, you want to understand it ? well, good luck

Sorry to tell ya, but there will never be a day in WoW where all expansions/zones/NPCs/artworks/assets are all in the same present time period.
Whenever something in WoW is made, it’s static and will stay as it was implemented.
Only ever time when things are “current” is when a patch launches, but everything becomes dated after a while. And it’ll stay that way.

The Horde betrayed Thrall.
He spent years trying to show the world they weren’t just mindless monsters, and they threw themselves head first at every single opportunity they saw to prove they were in fact mindless monsters.
I miss when they were updated each expansion. One of my favorite things with a new expac drop was to go to Outland/EK/Kalim/etc. and see the new loading screen.
I know this might be hard to believe, but expansions are time capsules.
Not to mention, Varian is dead, Genn has retired, Sylvannas is …absent, and Magni is …er, never mind!
thrall didnt “betray” the horde. he stepped away from the factions to protect azeroth, aka the home of the entire horde
What should we replace them with? Baine I’m sure that would go over well with a lot of people. Lor’themar could maybe stand to be shown more but the rest of the horde leadership is a bunch of allied races that get less and less screen time as we move away from the expansions they showed up in with the exception Thayssra as her and Lor’themar have a thing going on (I think idk)
Either way nothing really notable about the horde anymore beyond being the filler episode badguys until they cook up another cosmic threat.

I love the rare occasion when it still shows the original load screen, with the dwarf riding a gryphon. very fun
yeah, that adding that kind of details would give a way better experience to many players
but some people seem to get used to cant think further than what blizzard has gave them, even if doesnt make sense
reminds me to pokemon fans, those who defend the super broke game saying thigns like “gameplay is what metters”
they just cant accept their multi millionare company is giving them a terrible game
