I don’t remember what made Jaina calm down, when theramore event happened she was full berserk, then on top of that she lost her brother… then… she is just calm and soft.

She processed her trauma. There was a questline about it in bfa.

It’s cliche, but time heals all wounds. She was on her murder rage rampage after it happened and could only see red, but after a while, she decided to go back to her roots and that helped calm her down being around her own people for a while. She was still pretty blood raged in BFA, but after killing an old god, it prob put things into better perspective. Plus Garrosh and all his Horde are basically dead now so it’s either blanket hatred or move past it.

This. Reconciling with her mother/home and becoming the Grand Admiral and the end of BfA and the going through SL kind of just shifted her priorities back to where they were pre-Theramore bombing. (at least that’s my read)

Errr… She lost her brother long before the events of BFA.
Like… I think he actually died back during the events of WC2 based on the way events were described.

But then she also reconciled with him as well during BfA. Baine helps them reunite and stuff and there’s that ship scene. It was really sweet, and kind of pushed Jaina back to the “hey not everyone in the Horde is a blood thirst monster” kind of mentality. I don’t think I can post the link but it’s a really good cutscene.

He was already dead. They just raised him in BfA

On the Isle of Thunder, Taran Zhu sat her and Lor’themar (and Veressa and Aethas) down and told them to act like adults before the Thunder King dunked on them all. And by the magic of overthrowing ancient evil terracotta statues together, they became friends.
And then, because BfA was bound and determined to reenact every plot point from the previous faction war by rote, in Nazjatar she had a very similar adventure where she and Lor’themar and their buddies overthrew an ancient monarch who was hell-bent on world conquest and it made them friends. Again.

Tandred Proudmoore is still alive (human) and Derek is the undead one?
Are you talking about Thomas Zelling or Derrek Proudmoor?
Because yeah: Derek died during the 2nd war (IE WC2).
