I honestly don’t see how posting on a level 10 is bad and while a low level character with little to no posts are suspected of being someones alt within the thread, each character has to start off with 0 posts at some point. I post on this character because it’s the character I care the most about, but I was very tempted to post here on my AH alt (which at the time was level 10) near the end of Classic and the only reason why I didn’t was because I had quite a lot of posts on this character already and I thought it’d be a waste to abandon that character.
People have their prefered character for certain things, having a level 10 is hardly a reason to ignore someones post. This isn’t in defense of Yehmi specifically, this is me saying don’t judge a book by its cover, or in this case by it’s level/post count.
There is nothing wrong with posting on any level character. I post on this one but for one main reason – then I don’t have to keep switching toons to keep up with everything I’ve ever posted.
Equating that not posting on your “main” means you don’t really play or have any idea on how to play or your experience can’t be the same is the same thing as telling someone if you have not been stabbed in the eyeball with a knife, then you can’t possibly know it is bad for you. Further it is the equivalent of “I can’t find anything wrong, so I’ll just pick on your grammar, typing or some other nonsense to support my stance I’ve taken” -aka: grabbing at straws.
I honestly never wanted RDF. This was one of the first big steps towards destroying the game in my op.
Why leave thunderbluff. Or do anything else really. When I can just que up, and get a dungeon in 2 mins. Why teach a dps or a tank how to play, when I can just vote kick them and find another one in 5 mins flat.
I hated the dungeon finder back then and I still hate it lol.
Only tanks or healers could get a group in 2 minutes and then only during peak hours. It usually took my healers 5 to 10 minutes. Dps almost never got a group in 2 minutes. It usually took 20 to 40 minutes on my dps alts. One of the best things about rdf is I didn’t have to sit in a major city to spam for hours to get a group. I could just join rdf, go out and quest and farm, and wait for the dungeon to pop.
If you think players could get a dungeon in 2 minutes you’re either lying or you didn’t play back then.

The level of the posting character doesn’t really matter. The only thing I critique is a character with little to no posts, because that’s usually evidence of just an alt. Especially when they come out of nowhere to make a hundred posts in an hour or two. The low level association is simply because they can quickly get a character to 10 to be able to make posts.
Personally I post on this character for a couple reasons:
- It’s a good litmus test to see if someone should be taken seriously. If a person dismisses a post because it’s made by a low level character (besides the aforementioned exception), I know it’s someone who will never have a meaningful discussion.
- I can post gifs
- I’m too lazy to change my character.

Really? Thats not what the history of sub counts say.

The sub count history says that ICC is the peak of wow. Currently its in the all time low for Classic.
What do you have to say about it?
Could it be that we are not 2010 anymore?

The sub count says nothing about wrath era, just as it said nothing about vanilla era. The number of people who played a game for 2 years then moved on tells us nothing about how many will play the same game for 3 years, or 5 years, or forever. Far more people asked for vanilla era than are now asking for wrath era. They used the same arguments then that you use now for wrath era. But when blizzard gave them what they wanted it turned out they were just a very loud very tiny minority. Vanilla era was dead.
A simple fact that all game companies know is that no matter how well loved a game is almost everyone who plays it will get bored with it after a couple years and will move on to another game, be it an expansion or a completely different game
Yes. They rose all the way through those expacs. 04 Vanilla Version had an average of 4 million and rose all the way through up to 6, then TBC, had 6.5 mil on average and rose all the way through. Then Wrath had an average of 10 million and rose all the way through. Then Cata had an average of 9 million and dropped all the way through. And the sub numbers kept dropping ever since Cata. They rose all the way until Cata. Then dropped as soon as it came out.
For you it’s 'View 1 Hidden reply." And why would you ask me a question anyways? According to you all I do here is make up lies and troll. Thats all you have ever said about me. So. Didn’t read a single word that you said. Don’t bother replying to me cuz it is always only 100% insults from you
That’s entirely false. You’ve been an active poster in at least a dozen threads where someone posted a link to a graph by year of blizzards official numbers. So you’re either lying or admitting that your reading skills are so low you didn’t understand what was posted.
WRath had a prepatch bump to 11.5 million and stayed at 11.5 through every quarter until the Cata prepatch bump to 12 million.
Cata had an average of 10 million or 80% of the prepatch high.
All your numbers are wrong. I get that math is hard for some people but this has been discussed many many many times before and multiple links to the official numbers has been posted. I see only two explanations for this. Either you’re very stupid or you are lying.

Okay great so you took your time to view it or you’re lying.
To put it easy: I know what you said is crap so I ask a question I know you can’t answer to make you look doodoo. Worked great and you didn’t even hesitated
I don’t know, don’t read your stuff that much lately
Haven’t even said that much about you lol
Others do the work
Actually I think you’re confusing me with someone. I barely insult anyone, I mostly expose or make them look idiotic because their takes are so hilarious.
It’s the same with what you wrote.
This is just a crap that has no thought behind it and anyone that reads it just thinks: “what an idiot” thats why you get that many replies btw
My bet is prideful idiot when it comes to WoW (Could be a great person irl idk)
You’re still “View 1 Hidden Reply” All you do is insult and troll so no need to even try to engage.

Well you never engaged in the first place, you lost literally since the first word you wrote lol

Well written but i would say a more definite not now until cata flops. Though its odd as you say they Fey+yem+zaal do seem to post frequently. When it comes to cata I am glad there are some people who can unerstand unlike the wrath haters. You are right, there is a change to the characters over time through expansion, so a war in different versions will be different.
So the odd specs and stuff which for example could be done with 71 talents are gone, replaced by the put 31 talents in primary and have some left over for passives from other trees.

I feel like it is a larger issue at the same time. Because in my op, my analogy now is how it affects people on the other end. Especially when something gets taken away. In this case, wrath classic servers.
Prohibition is a good example. Albeit on a larger scale. But alcohol was taken away. And people went through great lengths to get it. Didn’t matter what they had to to.
Same thing with classic wrath. The only way to play classic wrath might be private servers. Just flat out annoying in my op. And I really don’t want to do that. It is very tempting though. And will soon be the only way to play wrath classic. Possibly the only way to play wrath. And possibly the only way to play wrath classic forever. Because blizzard refuses to see the other side.
I just don’t think it should be that way. I mean, couldn’t blizz sell the wrath classic brand to gog gaming or something. I dunno. I would rather that than shady private servers or just not getting them at all. That’s how I play most of my old computer games no one plays anymore. I mean, if blizzard doesn’t care about the wrath classic brand. Why not just sell it to gog gaming or something then.

I guess it’s that time of day where Mktaar goes around and bumps every Wrath Era thread.
