Why isn't the wow community playing LFg dungeons anymore?

There is a huge lack of gameplay on the part of the wow community regarding joining Lfg dungeons.
Has the wow community lost enthusiasm for wanting to raise ilvl or has playing wow already gone out of style?

Why would I need to join Follower, Normal, or Heroic dungeons when I’m blasting through level six keystones?

LFD queues for heroics at like 3-6 minutes for DPS, which is extremely fast.
and there are tons of M+ groups in the LFG tool, as well as tons of raid groups.
I’m not exactly sure what you’re saying OP, but tons of people are using LFD/LFG

Im waiting on the next expansion. And hopefully we have full follower dungeons by then. Its going to get much worse imo. But the community did it to themselves.

There are so many better options.

Still too easy, too boring.

There are actually a ton of reasons why there might be a lull in the LFG dungeon participation numbers right now.

First off its the end of an expansion at which point people grow very bored/apathetic. There are better/faster routes for gearing if that’s your sole motivation. If you are just looking for casual fun and don’t care about gear, there are other things to do that don’t involve a toxic cess pool of hostile strangers.

And about gear, after updating your set many many many times a lot of people just don’t care about it anymore. They’ll just catch the next set. Maybe. If they feel like it.

Some people are just waiting on TWW now, others are catching up on other games, and some people are working on achievements in the lull.

See? Lots of reasons. :upside_down_face:

What a weird response

Not worth our time to join heroic dungeons unless we have quests for bonuses for doing it.

Not a weird response at all, OP is asking why people don’t do heroic dungeons, the response will almost universally be the same, why bother when we can do higher content that offers better gear.

How so? The original poster is asking about Looking For Group, which is queueable content; I listed all the dungeons versions that are queueable.

You’re trying to flex lvl 6 keys

The worst part about WoW has always been the community and the fact the devs listen to the crybabies. It’s how the game lost the first M in MMO and the RPG elements as well.

Even if people may not like/want to do low key runs due to it’s being on timer or their perception of random PuGs behavior, You can get much higher ilvl gear from open world content and unlike previously when it used to be only ONE item at best, now you can get multiple items.

Upto heroic level (or Random Heroic if you will) dungeons drop gear that is hardly an upgrade. If you like doing dungeons then sure, you can queue up and do as many you like but I think if that’s the case then most of those people would prefer doing keys that also award much higher ilvl gear and difficulty as well.

By the looks of it, m0 seems more attractive now.

It’s not a “flex” when people are already clearing twelves and higher. I’m just listing my personal ease with keystone dungeons as the reason for why I don’t need to queue for Heroic or even easier dungeons.

Yeah they have been pretty fast. Not sure what OP is talking about. Maybe Monday night LFR ques or something .

The game is set up now where heroics quickly become obsolete. Most players are probably just waiting for the next expansion with new fresh dungeons.

My guess is that there is a big divide in the WoW community. There is the smaller advanced raid and dungeon group that’s already moved on to higher levels and there’s the large “rest of us” who do other things besides raids and multi player dungeons.

You are in the gap between. Anyway that’s just my guess.

Havent done heroics unless I needed to all expansion. Get the for lfr and build off that gear, plus TW champion gear each season

I don’t think I’ve ever done a heroic dungeon this expansion. After I hit 70 I just went straight into M0.
