That and Baradin Hold both need to have a neutral way for players to enter.

that’s a pretty good question that I am sure has no good answer lol
imagine being Horde and complaining about not being able to enter a pvp area… I thought Horde dominated pvp… i guess the myths are just that, a myth.
But in all seriousness, with how empty Tol Barad usually is, it should be easy to solo the island by yourself and gain access to the raid. and as for winterspring, you can simply realm hop via questing/rare groups in Northrend to a winterspring zone that’s horde controlled.
Both of these are what I use to do when I use to do transmog runs for those raids. Realm hop or quickly grab the Tol Barad objectives and gain control over the raid. Can even easily solo Winterspring if no one’s around to oppose you as well.
A myth perpetrated as much by Alliance as by Horde.

Alliance actually dominates the pvp leaderboards and have done so for the past multiple expansions, yet people still make posts claiming alliance are bad at pvp
