Why is throne of tides still in RDF?

How many people have to leave this instance before blizzard gets a clue?

That’s one of the easiest ones. I don’t know what your complaint is.

It’s an easy and short dungeon. Not asking to be mean, just genuinely curious, but why do you want it removed?

its objectively the lowest exp instance you can get and no one wants to do the extra boss but were forced to in infernos. Terribly boring gimmick instance, just a remainder of their failed water plans that got scrapped for a few expansions.

It’s a shame that they didn’t release that raid. The story in Vash, including that dungeon ends in a cliffhanger that we never got to see.

no one leaves Throne of the Tides, if anything people are leaving Deadmines and Halls of Origination

maybe at max, I’m talking about while leveling. Halls ain’t bad but Deadmines is just long to be long and obnoxious lol.

On This Week’s Episode Of:
“Why is X dungeon still on the RDF list?”

X dungeon doesn’t have any further upgrades for me. Why is it still in my RDF list?

Blizz is a trillion dollar gaming company, why can’t they make the game optimized for my specific progression? What a joke!

You don’t have to queue into infernos if you don’t like them. I actually disliked them enough that it made me realize this isn’t a version of the game that caters to any of my own personal tastes, and I stopped playing Cata Classic.

That’s a personal choice of course, and you’re welcome to champion your own opinion. I just wanted to let you know that it’s OK to not play content you don’t enjoy. There are plenty of other things to do.

Some examples: If you actually enjoy spamming instances, and would like a challenge doing so, Retail M+ can be a ton of fun. If you prefer Classic talents and class design, and enjoy the leveling experience, there are several flavors of Classic to enjoy, including Era, Anniversary, HC and SoD.

You’re more than welcome to prefer Cata, but if you think Inferno dungeons are slow and boring, then at some point:

you may wish to realize it isn’t up to Blizzard to get a clue, but us to realize which type of player each version is being catered towards.

Why wouldn’t it be, ToT is nice and fast, who bails on that?

Only one I ever see people leave is DM.

Don’t worry it’s coming to an end soon. Mop dungeons are pretty fast no long dungeons like HoO or DM

If you are talking about leveling, Deadmines shouldn’t even come up unless they did some Cata Classic revision.

I don’t even mind Deadmines all that much,
Halls is painful to heal. I crank out over 20k HPS on first 2 packs just to keep the group alive.

that’s because dps are too damned lazy to put the smallest effort into using CC or interrupts on those mobs.

i cant’ think of many easier dungeons. what’s so hard about ToT ?

lol no they’re not. Half of them involve chain trash pulls for skips, and someone always screws up on it and dies, which will definitely result in them being kicked here in Classic. Some bosses have forced lengthy RP that cannot be skipped. They’re also all terribly designed and incredibly unenjoyable. Worst expansion ever for dungeons by far. The tears here over “rdf kicks” will flood the forums more than they ever have.

they’re still shorter than DM and a full run of HoO. HoO was actually the best dungeon to get during heroics because everyone skipped most of the bosses. They’re also a lot easier.
