I think you can still setup pwave, big lvb > earth shock > stormkeepers but you might as well just play without volcanic surge
or you can do some ele blast sk electrofied shocks stuff but now your spender is 75 maelstrom, requires NS, and you have paltry maelstrom generation.
The only stuff i ended up liking was double SK volcanic, so you have some instants and can bait defensives, CDR for all your nature spells (wind shear, some totems, gust of wind, SK itself)
And the talent pathing makes far more sense and you can do stuff between goes while still having 100-0 potential (before the trink bonus change)

Woah woah woah, to say an Ele can consistently kill in .6 seconds in every game is a lie 
they press 7 buttons and then if for some reason literally nothing happens sure they will kill you quick. But jump into any arena match and don’t press something when someone burst you and your going to die quick (destro, ww, boomy, feral, unh dk, MM hunters???)
The guy was saying 6s time to kill… Seems long even to me? You and bub were the main ones I’ve seen saying the game is slow right now…
Not saying ele stuff is decent. Just saying we shouldn’t be focused nerfing this. Some classes could probably use a dam buff of some kind instead.
I haven’t read the whole thread here, but this post sums it up perfectly.
Yes, the build is cheesy and easily countered, but it’s dumb because it’s an incredibly toxic kind of “fun” for everyone involved, where the person trying to get it off is moserably trained and stomped into the ground or the other team auto loses. No one wins, and it’s bad design.

From a single dps. Meaning 3v3 would have roughly under 3 seconds in a burst scenario.
6s is ideal example for a single dps solo kill IMO, enitirely subjetively ofc. Rougly the full duration of a HoJ. I think some classes should have longer burst windows, others shorter. Just not as short as to be under one second for an individual.

I dunno… With the amount of defensives healers and DPS have these days I do see why cov says ttk is slow right now. Now if we nerfed DPS defensives specifically then maybe I’d agree with you 
but if ttk is 6s before you press 1 of many defensives… Game gets slow.

6s ttk for a single spec isn’t that long. The game is insanely slow right now outside of the outliers.
The ttk argument is this, a teams ttk with nothing used to help a player being around 5-6 seconds wouldn’t be bad. We might even be close to that but the increased stam and 1:30min healer trinket damps the game beyond belief.
A class underperforming doesn’t excuse toxic mechanics, even if cheesy.
