I dont understand it. Trade chat urges it, my guilds demand them as sacrifices (jokingly of course), and even the horde, when I attack Horde territory and have my elixir of tongues, they say “we’d like you to stop, but you have our blessing to kill vulpera.”
I mean, there was a breeding cult on the wra realm that consisted of vulpera, but it disbanded quickly. Is the vulpera hate a meme?
People being incredibly vocal about how much they hate “furries” is just an internet thing.

Same reason why Gnomes are puntable, goblins are greedy, tauren get mooed at and human paladins cause spontaneous laughter wherever they go.
Mostly a meme perpetuated by tradechat jokies and the occasional forumite much like the hate that pandas got for the longest time, in actuality iv never had any problems - though to be fair I am very edgy for a vulpera and thats something most of ‘those types’ easily identify with.
That and repressed feelings, but I can’t help them with that one.
I wouldn’t say it’s hatred, just that they’re excessively flammable.

People pretty much always hate on tiny races. Its mostly a joke. Like how people would talk about eating gnomes in vanilla
I dunno I actually don’t like them at all for myself, doesn’t bother me if somebody else likes them. I enjoy Worgen and many do not.

Because people love telling other people how much they hate something, especially if hating that thing is also perceived to be a popular sentiment. I mean, people are entitled to their opinions and all, but individuals who scream about hating a fictional race in a video game and who then go on to insult the actual humans playing aforesaid fictional race, just seem stupid and small-minded to me
Hatred of people who are different.
Furries are harmless, a small subset are zoophiles just like non-furries have zoophiles, but they’re hated by other furries even.
At the end of the day it’s pretty much just cosplay with their own animal characters.
