for the dungeon set upgrade quest, there is some bug dating back to at least era (maybe vanilla too?) that prevents you getting credit for timing the undead side and completing the quest to save Ysida.
did it with my homies and we timed it easily just to not get credit because the one pug guy we picked up talked to an NPC in the beginning of the dungeon and prevented quest completion.
known bug that hasn’t been fixed while they implemented fresh new updated 0.5 gear lmao. I didn’t bother to try to do it again, I was too frustrated and figured I’d just wait to play a version of the game with actual dev resources

Simple. so they can get a semblance of how we’re gonna perform with MC gear to better attune the new gear changes and raid etc

valid point IMO it needs to be raised to do as much dmg as beast master 
I guess content would feel pretty bad at lvl 11

very easy fix for that would give all tier sets a large 8 set bonus of fr 60, 75 or 100
