Why is there no ship sailing from Aubertine to Menethil Harbor?

Hi I’m a Night Elf trying to go to Eastern Kingdoms. I’m at Aubertine but there is no ship for over 30 minutes? Why?

They are bugged. Probably fixed during maintenance
