Why is there no LFR for Normal or Mythic?

There would be a huge meat grind at the beginning but things would eventually level out or am i missing something here? At least for normal.

If you thought LFR was bad…just wait.

Normal could work, in theory. Anything above that would be an increasingly bad mess.

It would take a long time, but by now they would have gotten over the hump. no more determ stacks needed for jailer lfr for the most part now.

nah, it’s sunday so checks out

Get rid of LFR, and make normal with a queue option  Leave heroic, and mythic alone. Probably be better than them having to adjust stats etc for 4 different modes. My guess you will eventually see a dungeon queue option for mythic 0. + like heroic, and mythic raids will never have a queue option imho

Were you around at the start of Cataclysm?

Normal dungeons is LFR minus the queue, but difficulty settings are made to where the raiders need to use brains

Oh and for people who actually play Shadowlands

There are countless times I see people running LFR without a legendary, barely even 1

Imo blizzard should had made people equip legendaries before entering LFR, like they did with the wrathion cloak for Nzoth LFR

You know that guy you don’t invite to your heroic pug because all his parses are grey? That’s why.

They could add a queue for it but it wouldn’t work like LFR. There would be no stacking determination buff and it would be full mechanics. Basically the system would just be there to build the raid and then you would run it just like any premade group would.

If they added it, I would pay to watch it in action

I’m just imagining LFR M anduin  It better be streamed. It’ll be better than MDI

People can’t even do LFR with LFR lmao

If you want to pug for raids the group finder tool is there waiting for you.

Pretty much anyone that has raiding Heroic or above (or maybe even just Normal) would.

LFR should be removed.
Normal should convert back to Flex.
Flex should be queueable.

HC and Mythic would be a mess.
It isn’t about the quality of players, it’s about the commitment of time.
If I spend 25 minutes applying to groups, when I get in one, I’ll put in the effort and want to stick with them.

If I press a button, go do some world quest, do a BG, whatever, and then ding a queue pops, I wont really see it as a loss of my time to quit if the group sucks.

Zero chance an LFR could kill anything outside of the first boss on mythic.

Skolex takes a lot of coordination and people have to dodge every few seconds or they do 0 damage. Group has to clear a debuff too. Maybe with a lot of determ stacks they could get it in 1 soak if dps was super high already.

Artificer no way. Too much coordination and personal responsibility with traps and healing / platform assignments.

Dausegne would be the most entertaining because there’s 0 chance an LFR group kills this boss. Personal responsibility is not the specialty of most LFR groups I’ve seen.

oh I know that. But as always they’ll be splitting it into wings and we’ll be seeing 166165165 forum post about how it’s too hard for “casuals” < baddie > and should be nerfed

Also you dont have to explain to me every mechanics for the bosses. Just because I havent raided this tier doesn’t mean I dont know how mythic raiding is

I think it would be a fantastic idea to have the other raid difficulties incorporated into the LFR finder.

Just disable achievements to keep the players in pre-made guild groups from having a fit.

I was in an LFR where we had to kick the tank (bear) for using an int staff and trinket, and no legendary.

It would be great, almost no good players would use it, and you’d have raids full of players who shouldn’t be on that difficulty setting (especially if you enable heroic), that would be unable to kill a boss.

Just sit back and watch the fireworks as players look for anything to blame except their own lack of skill.
