Like there is almost nothing about it. What effects it has, stats, drop rate, ect. Why is this some sort of secret ?
The raid isn’t out yet, so we don’t know anything.

Probably because blizz wants to keep it secret till it drops for the first time (most likely during the race for world first) Just like they did for the evoker leggo.

The rest of it IS a secret, and sometimes thats a good thing. Not EVERYTHING has to be datamined into oblivion.

It’s a surprise. 
I wish they would keep way more off the PTR so it’s new for everyone on launch.
Or follow in FF14s footsteps and don’t have a PTR at all.

A lot of 2h strength specs are tuned a bit below everything else so I imagine it has at least some reasonable power to it, but at the same time I think if it was anything insane they would’ve PTR tested it.
But then again, Aug was released how it was so… who knows.

Yes, I’m hoping for frostmourne style leggo, not dracthur style leggo.
They said the acquisition method will be similar to the Dracthyr legendary, but not a direct copy, and that bad luck protection would be a thing from the start. Take any of that however you want.

Sounds horrible.
If BLP is a thing, then it has to be personal loot in some way. Probably a quest item rather than “here, shiny new axe!”
If it’s just a mob drop that has a very low drop rate and can then be rolled on / traded then there’s going to be crazy drama.
This wouldn’t surprise me at all. Instead of fixing poor content design, they could indeed go with something even worse. I hope that this is not the case.
They want to delay as long as possible people learning that it is both:
- Powerful enough to be considered mandatory / youll get benched without it
- An extremely miniscule drop chance
Anyone getting fooled into thinking it isn’t both of those should just buy ocean front property in Idaho.
Pretty much this they already said it work similar to the Evoker legendary. Also probably drop doesn’t unlock till someone gets world first.
Would you get benched from a raid team for not having it. Probably not its going to be so low drop rate, unless your group is that toxic i wouldn’t worry about that.
