There is one undead that’s a mix of women and children… thadius.

It’s why you hear women and children screaming in Naxx until you kill him.

The purpose of children is to make more functioning adults, Undead can’t reproduce and children are generally a net drain on societies, so why would there be children?

Head cannon is child bodies are to weak which is why only time you could say we see kid undead ia ghosts or part of a abomination where multiple souls and bodies are used.
