Why is the War Within "Lab Access" campaign quest so painful? Why wasnt this addressed?

There are like 100 players trying to kill 3 mobs for a chance of getting 1/6 secretions. Yet blizzard will hotfix to reduce player efficiency instead of fixing absolutely deranged things like this that are obviously broken.

UPDATE: After about 1 hour, im stuck at 1/6 drops. And this is a mandatory campaign quest. Please kill me

I thought mob density was really strange too. I’m on a high pop server. I don’t get it.
