What the hell is the deal with the Voidwalker? This thing is supposed to be a tank, right? I go try to do delves or world content with this thing and it:
A) Is incapable of holding threat for longer than a few seconds.
B) Dies within 10 seconds of being in combat with 3 mobs.
This didn’t used to be this way. What’s going on here?
Probably gear level, and in Delves, Brann’s level and Curio level. I’ve been playing my Destro Warlock recently, and although I sometimes do take aggro from him, I’ve never had him “die within 10 seconds”.
Having said that, there are some mobs with burst damage that need you to keep an eye on your VW health, but, with Healer Brann (in Delves), or Soulburn Health Funnel, it’s pretty easy to keep them alive.
There’s also an issue with scaling through soul link or whatever, causing it to die in seconds.
I also have the issue with frontals in gambit before the second boss, where the big guys just nuke my pet randomly though, this is not a scaling issue.

I actually rarely have issues with my VW, until today that is, he’s been getting spanked left right and center today in 11’s, constantly having to resummon or heal him and he even caused me to die one time in a place where i havent had any issues for ages.
I’m convinced that something was done recently lol
Item level and a bug.
Be careful with the void mobs that spawn in in delves they are bugged, try removing soul link. But they will truck any pet.
Otherwise my void walker can tank just about any number of mobs I ask him to.
