As the title goes im wondering why the npc that customizes the personal tabard is not in orgrimmar but is in undercity yes you read that write its in undercity in the old city not the messed up one that being repaired so why am i ready the personal tabard that is saying and i im reading the item description
“visit Personal Tabard Designers in Stormwind, Orgrimmar, or Valdrakken to change your personal tabard design.”
Like you say its in orgrimmar but its in undercity where i haft to travel on low lvl characters to change design if i needed too
Like will this be fix or was this purposely put there just to annoy players
That not realy something that can be answered here u can file a bug report put in a suggestion in the game menu under support i think or post in general if u want a change.
