I agree, I think most just want a distinct mount that is commensurate with the difficulty of getting 2400+ in any bracket, including shuffle/blitz. We can probably agree the pennant is a joke.
It could be a recolor of ksm/ksh mount, the seasonal mount, a trading post mount, etc., and I think most would be satisfied.
That describes glad post-legion too though to be fair, e.g., the truth is 2400+ was duelist in most seasons (maybe there was an exception idk), but 3v3 mains complained about not getting a mount, so blizzard lowered the bar to 2400+ 5 wins instead of top 0.5% and pumped up inflation, and now a large portion of post-legion glads have massive egos despite them still not a being any better than a high ranked shuffle/blitz player or a pre-BfA duelist player. This truth will apply to Midnight and beyond as well now that the bar for glad is being lowered to 2300 (which is at least in part based on people wanting more than they necessarily deserve under current circumstances).
Don’t get me wrong, I agree with you, just trying to give some perspective.
The point I’m trying to make is that a player thinking they deserve something often precedes blizzard caving in and giving it to them or making it easier to obtain (e.g., also recall when player power was tied to 2200 rating, enchants required 2400, elite sets required 2200, tabards required 2500, etc.). Whether it’s deserved or not is relative.
Q sync with win traders in bgb from 1-7am and argue in the forums or nap for the rest of the time.

Im sure as a viewer it might seem like that but I’m honestly not sure. All of my games last night were really good quality that came down to the wire.
I mean the entire mode is either soft wintrading (queue syncing) or actual wintrading.
The type of player regularly found in title games.

Who’s win trading tho? Most of the people in these games are R1 players like Hansol and Kalvish to name a few. Occasionally we get sandbag tank queues which is unfortunate. Tanks that would never be in a high mmr lobby on a dps spec.
