It’s telling me my graphics card is out of date. This is a LIE. 100% verifiably false. I JUST GOT IT LAST WEEK.

I’m seeing same thing. It was out of date initially but I upgraded drivers but still saying it is out of date.

I’m really bad with computer stuff. I’m not even sure what a ‘driver’ is and I’m like 99% certain if I start downloading and messing with files and stuff I’m going to end up with ransomware and needing to buy bitcoin to unlock my computer.

You need to update your software for your graphics card.

Go to whoever is the maker of the GPU either AMD or Nvidia and look for the drivers for the model you have.

If you have an NVIDIA card , download the GeForce software and let it auto detect and download your drivers.

Nvidia released a update for my graphic card 3 days ago, I had a good laugh when I read the release date.

Drivers are basically the software that makes your computer hardware run.

That sounds like complete jibberish to me.

Last time I downloaded some stuff I ended up with some kind of virus or whatever and I had to pay money to have some douchbag remove it from my computer.

I just upgraded the drivers of my video card which is just a few months old.
Right click on My computer. Select properties.
Then select device manager.
Expand display driver.
See exact name of card.
Go to site, in my case NVidia, and select that card option to download the latest driver.
I just did it.

Then disconnect your desktop and bring it to bestbuy and pay $50 and hour for minimum of 3 hours so they can update your drivers in 5 mins. or Option b look up on internet how to do it. Otherwise sorry can I have your stuff.

I’m at the Nvidia site but I don’t know where to go from here. There is just a picture of a big factory and a bunch of menu options like ‘platforms’ ‘developers’ ect

You are welcome. In my case i just played the game like 20mins. Got this warning that graphics drivers are out of date, and have spent last 2 hours downloading not only graphic driver but also windows updates as it turned out not only my video card but the windows 10 also was never updated. lmao. I am on the phone now while my pc updates drivers.

I did and I found an 8 minute video from one very fine looking older gentleman and I’m listening to his video now.

I’m just new to this whole computer stuff. He keeps throwing out terms like ‘harddrive’ ‘motherboard’ and all this nonsense.

You literally go to the website, select the details of the card (the name and such), then click like 3 buttons. Boom.
