Why is the balance for healer in M+ so bad right now?

Here’s my Solution:

  • All Priest get “Power Word: Stifle” as an interrupt. 12-second CD
  • Shadow gets a talent choice for “Shadow Word: Silence”
    – SW: Silence - (Replaces Power Word: Stifle) 30-Second CD
    – Silences the Target Preventing all Spell Casting for the next 5-seconds (3-seconds in PvP)
    – If PW: Silence successfully interrupts a cast, refund 20-seconds to its CD
