I’ve been looking everywhere and I can’t find an addon to change it
Elvui has a bag bar setting that’ll normalize the size of all the icons and let you choose one universal size. I don’t believe the default UI can do it.
I highly recommend the popular ElVUI from the Tukai site. It’s 10X better than the default WoW UI and highly customizable. If you open your bag with ElvUI, it’s one giant bag instead of four.
Elvui is an awesome answer for sure, but i gotta say this may be the weirdest most specific use for it ive ever seen

I’ve seen people download and unskin the entire thing just to add that additional functionality to the game through nameplate stylization, auto accept inv, etc but without the “elvui look”
Dominos is an action bar replacement addon with a lot of customization options including making all bags the same size.
