If anything buff them to the level of dragons/druids

nobody is confusing resto shaman with being the best healer

stormkeeper nerf is fine but why in the world is riptide and healing stream being touched???

also if youre going to complain and nerf about stormkeeper then I really hope we see some dragon nerfs to their I N S A N E damage because if theres 1 healer in the game that does too much damage it’s a dragon

Riptide is getting nerfed from 115% to 110%

Healing stream 138% to 130% i believe

Shaman

  • Healing Surge healing increased by 15%.

  • Mana Spring now restores 400 Mana at level 70 (was 200).

  • Totemic Surge reduces the cooldown of Totems by 3 seconds/6 seconds (was 2 seconds/4 seconds).

  • Restoration

    • Healing Wave healing increased by 6%.

    • Acid Rain damage increased by 120%.

    • Flame Shock damage increased by 20% (Restoration only).

    • Lava Burst damage increased by 20% (Restoration only).

    • Master of the Elements increases the effectiveness of the Shaman’s next Nature, Physical, or Frost spell by 20% (was 10%).

these are pve changes, except the lava burst

pvp shamans are being nerfed. healing surge could use a higher buff it heals less than riptide

at 2200+ solo shuffle is: Druids 712, Dis 515, Dragon 505, Rsham 284, Holy 206, MW 166

why do you care about a bracket you don’t even play in though? Top half of the bracket class representatoin means absolutely nothing to people like us playing in the challenger bracket.

Isn’t resto also getting +100% healing tide buff when not in a raid as part of the main 10.0.5 notes?

Eh Rsham is super close to S tier man. They really have one weakness and it’s just being run down by melee.

The adjustments to riptide and stream were likely them trying to offset the buffs to their casted healing. Obviously I don’t want to cast on shaman so it feels like a net loss.

But with the game slowing down from trinket set bonus changes, to the buff to totemic surge and maybe being able to cast more healing cause of the pace, shaman is fine. Stormkeeper change is good, the abliity was stupid, but lava burst is gonna pump now and the totemic surge change is actually an insane buff, like I don’t think people realize how good that is. You’ll have near 100% uptime on stream which is really good for 2set.

Shaman is 100% fine. It’s been A+ for the last few weeks and will stay there on tuesday.

Looks like some nice buffs for M+. Been playing Ele all week in keys anyway, might go back Resto if these changes make them no longer the worst tiered healer for PVE like they were rated early on.
