Why is my modifier key in Vuhdo only casting to me instead of my target?

For whatever reason my alt key only sends the casts to me not my target, but shift and control works fine. What gives?

I have the exact same problem. FIX:
Go to options_Combat and look for self-cast key and remove the ALT modifier and select none

Sounds like the addon’s issue. Might want to post on their site.
