Why Is My Background In My Profile Night Elvish?

Now listen. Ain’t got anything against them Night Elves. Think they’re pretty alright for the most part…outside of the overly large hands.

But I’m just curious why my background in my profile is of a Night Elven structure. It looks nice, sure, but ain’t really my kind of style, personally.

…I’m gonna feel real silly if this is actually some common ground building for Hunters and I simply don’t recognize it. If I could change the background I’d change it to Tanaris.

I had an inkling it may very well have been that but I haven’t been there for a good long while. I mained Warrior back in Legion.

I do wish we could customize our background in both the Armory and the character selection screen.

Fully agree, think that’d be a real neat touch. My character came from Tanaris so the desert landscape would be proper fitting.

Be fun if it were tied to the quest meta achievements or something. Finish all Tanaris quests and the reward is a character select background, for example.
