Nope all LC guilds are bad. Some people are just to slow to realize it before itâs too late.
Tl:dr Are you happy with your guild and your loot? Yes then stay in your guild; no then find another.

TLDR you donât understand simple principles that the entire world knows such as people are biased and you canât remove bias.
Therefore, LC guilds are biased.
This is why double blind tests exist in the medical industry. So that no one knows what is happening so they canât bias the results.
If a person is involved in a decision, any decision, there is bias. You can not prevent it.
EPGP prevents this by removing the person from the loop.
Thatâs your problem for tolerating it. A couple public /gkicks will sort that out real quick.

Used this back in original wrath, itâs not new and its horribly designed and just as abuseable as any other system around.

Iâm making assumptions just like you are that literally every single LC guild is corrupt lol. Just because you are terrible and didnât get given any loot when you joined one doesnât mean other peoplehave the same experience.
If you assume no malicious intent the reason LC is extremely appealing is because the LC is attempting to look at the big picture and give out big loot to give the raid the most benefit for progression. The big weapon drop goes to the DK because he pumps, the tier piece goes to the warlock because he has 3 pieces. The demo gets turning tide because thatâs a massive increase to raid-wide spellpower
Regular raiders will have some level of awareness of what other people need, especially those who share their class, but once you start talking about classes outside of yours general knowledge tends to fall off. Moreover, some players really arenât just paying attention at all and donât see (or maybe donât really care) that they have their 2nd BiS weapon and someone has something from a heroic dungeon.
Every system is a give and take, none of them are perfect. SR is pretty fair in that it lets you target what upgrades you care most about so presumably a person with a really good weapon would ignore their BiS and instead focus on trinkets because theirs are garbage whereas the person with a terrible weapon would focus on the SR. Then again people have different mentalities and may still target their weapon because they like big shiny weapons, and also someone may game the system by picking SRs they know are hot and avoiding others that arenât because they know if it drops they are one of the few who would roll. On the flipside an LC is only as good as the people on the council, and they can either be a bit corrupt or just flat out incompetent.
Itâs not easily abuseable. Tell me youâve never experienced it without telling me.
Every point award and reduction is transparent and public. If the guild abuses it you can see it and then leave.
There is nothing transparent about most LC guilds.

Yes or even free rolls is perfectly unbiased and thus fair on average, but luck varies. There is a tradeoff between bias and variance here, as in many things in life. After all we buy insurance even though on average we always lose money on it.
Legit cannot complain about things being unfair when rolling on it via the games roll system.
