Why is KFC not a meta comp right now?

Both BM hunters and warriors are disgustingly broken, arguably the most OP they’ve ever been yet I see no one playing this comp. In MOP this comp was 50% of the games you played. I feel like this comp would do unhealable damage

Any reason why this comp isn’t a thing right now?

Arms warriors and BM hunters aren’t smart enough to figure out “Ape strong together”

Both BM Hunters and Warriors have better comps than KFC basically.

They fulfill similar roles, pmuch it

It’s sad really but warlocks hard counter them, and with so many around it’s easier to have a tiny chance of winning as jungle or war/ret

I think the question then becomes why are feral druids being chosen over warriors?

Because they are healers.

Dillon has mentioned it before, basically this iteration of KFC is not like the old versions, one reason being that BM doesn’t have the ability to scatter → trap like it used to.

Also, feral offhealing at the moment is super strong. Combine that with aoe roots, clones, incap, it just outweighs and synergizes better for Jungle than KFC. Plus small stuff like feral being able to start in stealth, unrootable etc.

Because jungle is a control comp and warrior isn’t a control class. ?

Druids have way better pace control than warriors, can extend chains on healers and are stun bots much akin to the role the rogue plays in rogue mage.

It’s “Ape together strong” you ape.

More stuns, mobility, offheals, cc

Why don’t we see ferals taking warriors’ spots in ret/war or tsg?

Cc dr categories, and stun into trap on healers is 12 sec of cc every 25 sec lol

Just play better nerd lma0

What CC DR categories are ferals bringing that warriors aren’t and vice versa? Fear = clone, feral stuns = stormbolt.

It seems that the mobility/stuns/offheals that feral brings would be valuable with a ret or DK too, but we see those classes usually opt to play with a warrior instead.

Ret/dk basically just have stuns, with talent cc on long cds, so feral stuns would overlap heavily. Ret/dk are also squishy to melee cleaves and need peels in the form of intervene/disarm etc

You could always just use the extra stun to cross another DPS or the healer. I’m not seeing how having more stuns is a bad thing.

Wouldn’t incap roar/offheals/the extra stuns feral provides act as a replacement for intervene/disarm?

Probably cuz feral damage is more amenable to killing someone in a cc window, and that incap roar is only defensive as a peel, where disarm is defensive and offensive

Maybe so. At the same time though, necro feral has pretty high consistent damage.

I’d think the follow up clones would definitely diffuse a go though

Yeah honestly I’m not totally sure, I think warr just has more ways to keep teammates alive I guess and is better itself defensively than a feral with d stance. Intervene, disarm, war banner, rally, fear, aoe mass slow, duel, for peels. Warr also has higher cleave which is good with ret/dk since they also cleave, insane two target cleave and can cleave all three if they are stacked whereas feral takes a lot of globals to spread bleeds among multiple targets, and by definition can only do high single target damage if necro.
