Why is Jaina so OP and why is there no Horde equivalent?

Well let’s see, ignoring the fact she was trained by some of Azeroth’s most powerful mages…

  1. Absorbed some of the power of the manabomb the HORDE BUILT, because she was pushed through a portal at the last second, (which is what turned part of her hair white, read the book.)

  2. She’s channeled the Focusing Iris, the most powerful arcane relics on Azeroth, multiple times.

  3. She has the power of Lei Shen, which includes the power of a Titan, because he stole the power of Ra-Den, who had the power of… Aman’thul? (can’t remember which titan) in him at the time, in her staff.

There’s more, but I don’t think I need I go on. She’s developed her power constantly throughout WoW. People just choose to ignore it, then suddenly “OMG WHY IS JAINA SO POWERFUL!?!?! IT MAKES NO SENSE?!?!?!?!” Whereas Sylvanas’s power literally came out of nowhere.

No. Khadgar has referred to her as the most powerful Mortal Mage. It was in one of the books, don’t remember which. There is a reason she was appointed head of the Kirin’tor unanimously after Theramore even though she wasn’t even a member of the Kirin’tor at the time.
