Why is incorporeal immune to AoE CC?

I’m pretty sure only hard CCs work…not stuns, blinds, fears, etc

“Hard CCs” are things that remove complete control from your character. Stuns, Blinds, Fears, etc are all hard CCs.

And for the “Says who?” comment → Everyone.
