anyways, i will not bother with this anymore. clearly, forums are not for solving issues, but to be rude and inconsiderate of other’s questions/concerns. i even provided context for the title of the post, assuming people would take the time to read. i was wrong and a fool to think real convos could be had in a civil matter. ty all for helping realize that there is no real change that can be made and not all voices are heard or respected. take care guys, enjoy the fodder. good luck to all of the cc members who care about real issues in the game <3

The thing is OP, you were informed that HC actually stands for Healer Chat, and people pointed out that you were being baited, and you kept doubling down insisting that this boosting community was on the Community Council.
Of course you’re going to get ridiculed when you keep doubling down on things that are obviously untrue. No matter how much evidence you think you have.

meanwhile ffxiv has banned carries for in game gil (i.e. gold) while wow encourages RMT through tokens. one game cares about its customers the other is toxic from the top down.

No but hukon community is selling something which is being bought by a lot of players (Coz there are always posts on GD like boosters are killing pvp/pve) ,so there is a “community” which uses said services ? Why in the hell would they be not in “community” council then ?

Pretty sure that isn’t true at all. They just banned in game advertisements.
You can still get carries in game for Gil but you have to arrange it outside of the game.
effectively its a ban, you can’t solicit for carries in ffxiv (what happens privately is unenforceable anyway) whereas in wow its encouraged at the highest levels
Sounds like a big bunch of semantics to me.
Now instead of advertising carry sells you invite everyone to your discord where you advertise carry sales
If they wanted to ban carry sales they could have implemented other measures…or actually said it when the announced the change, but they didn’t so here we are
