Yes, that goldshire. I checked on a different server and the local goldshire was fine.

Is there some sort of purge going on moonguard? :)

The building is beyond redemption, as even the purifying fires cannot purge what lays within. As such, the fires serve as a reminder that by entering within you've abandoned all hope... and are looking for a questionably good time!
