Mine was finally delivered.
Why everything with this game is such a hassle is the big question. I like freebies and I’ll enjoy the toy, but dang.
I’ve done a myriad of things, so it’s hard to concretely say why I finally got my drop to work. I’ve gotten all other drops within 30 minutes if not immediately, and no changes were made to battle.net or my twitch account from then and now. I waited over 24 hours, cleared cache/data and logged into twitch on multiple browsers, submitted a bug report, tried actually logging out of battle.net not just closing it, no drop. Then, I disconnected the link twice between battle.net and twitch, the 7 day cooldown did not seem to take effect, I can’t explain why but I got two email confirmations of the accounts being linked up. A few hours after doing this I got the drop. It could have been any of these things it just didn’t drop immediately afterwards, or none of it did anything and it happened to take longer than 24 hours, but I’m putting money on the fact I disconnected and reconnected the link between my twitch and battle.net.
Mine just appeared in my collection, there was no message in-game, no notification, no gift to unwrap. I just checked for the hundredth time and it was there suddenly. Took a little under 40 hours.
Ditto for me, not in my toy collection.
I watching the stream and claimed the drop Wednesday evening and just put it out of my mind. This afternoon while I was just standing around between WQs, the announcement that it had been added to my collection popped up.
So don’t panic or feel you need to be kicking something, It will come when it comes.
i had to go to my toy page, search goblin, and it showed up as an unopened package.

Wow, 48h is absolutely insane compared to the usual with these drops, I was about to say “I guess I have no reason to complain yet then”, but found mine as well now that I checked, since I saw a lot of people started to get their own here, and there was no notification I had a new toy, but I immediately noticed 590 toys instead of 589 and when searching for the weather machine, I saw it was gift wrapped, so in my case it took about 31h.
Oh, btw, I believe this thread helped a lot at getting the problem solved, because in my ticket there was “unknown wait time”, I guess so many tickets they couldn’t make a wait time estimate, which probably made them aware there was a general problem.

I can confirm after 48 hours and 2 submitted tickets i have finally received my weather machine. time to make it rain
Got mine, finally.
what i wanna know is why im watching the correct channels with drops enabled and not getting any credit for it. this has been the case two nights in a row where i’ve watched for four hours and im still at 20% for filling it up
Finally got it just now.
Do you have other tabs open? If so, make sure you have the twitch tab in the front. You can also open it in its own window… but if its in the same window as other tabs, it needs to be “on top” of those other tabs for you to get credit.
Finally received my toy. Took around 36 hours.

Thank you for the links and updating us that this is being investigated. I’m missing mine as well, and hope they fix this soon.
just got reward. 
Got my reward around midday today while I was out questing on an alt. Here is hoping the deliveries were just delayed for most folk.
