I was told I could test out the Evoker on the PTR before Tuesday. Downloaded the PTR signed up and noticed this message from blizzard.
Edit: it appears that Evoker creation has been disabled. There has been no blue post on the subject, we will update if an official post is made.
Why would they just randomly disable Evoker on the PTR and not say anything ?? What gives 
Perhaps they’re undergoing maintenance so they don’t get any further backlash like this thread is giving.

Well the whole point is they said it was for people who don’t have access to the beta so they would have a few days to try it out. People have already created them on the PTR but now they all the sudden disable it ???
they might not have time to implement any changes before Tue so they dont need any testing right now.
In a recent blue post they said they were removing dracthyr from the game, scrapping them entirely.
They actually said this? I mean… wait three days?
The same reason they randomly enabled them?
They were never supposed to be active on the PTR most likely.
I feel like I’ve seen this before. I could have sworn during BfA a similar situation arose that people were testing some borrowed power system or other and then blizz disabled it and everyone was like: “meh, we tested it already”. Next thing you know it got pushed to live and it was hugely different and everyone went nuts.
Is what it is I guess. I will check tomorrow to see if they are turned back on.
Evokers need serious help rn so maybe they are getting some emergency last-minute patching done.
