There should be.
But I think that’s probably because of Quaking Palm into Polymorph, especially if not playing Fire since that’s the only valuable trait of Pandaren for PvP. It’s either that or they really like fluffy pandas.

Because mages don’t have a stun
I don’t play panda but it has some interesting uses.
I believe that Panda racial is physical, not magical. Therefore, you can panda a rogue with cloak of shadows up to peel for example.
The racial is instant, so you could dragon’s breath a healer, get kicked on poly or ring and still land CC via panda during that window. This racial is also decent into resolve trinket as you can quickly get it off if needed. Quick way to get off holy ward as well if needed. Lots of use cases.
