I was happy when Khadgar was killed by Xala’tath I hope Jaina dies next.
Seriously PLEASE KILL JAINA NEXT everyone else can stay for the most part maybe kill alleria too but eh just keep khadgar dead and kill jaina and i’ll be happy.

I actually don’t think he’s dead. It could be one giant illusion or some timey wimey magic to go back and fix things. He said, “Go Alleria. This isn’t the REAL fight.” Putting large emphasis on “real.”
There’s something afoot and it’s not just Xalatoes.

There is a 0% chance Khadgar is dead.
We zoom out to a void implosion from a mile away and are expected to believe that the guy who is known for his deus ex machina teleports (one of which he JUST used on Alleria) was somehow caught up in it? Even more likely, Xal’atath probably nabbed him for some nefarious purpose.
Last patch of the expansion, mark my words, he’s brought back to open a new Dark Portal like Medivh did. But instead of the Swamp of Sorrows, he’ll open it up in the Eastern Kingdoms. And instead of going to Draenor, it will go to K’aresh. And Dimensius is still in K’aresh.
Are people calling her that just because her low res blurred feet were in a sloppy cutscene for like 4 seconds?

Hes super dead. They definitely haven’t already datamined anything that would make me believe otherwise. That could be any Khadgar’s wheelchair.

I think it’s more hilarious people think he’s actually dead. Oh yeah, because they’d totally off-screen arguably the most popular mage in the franchise in a less than a minute encounter without the player character even being present. Did we not learn from Bolvar? I’d be willing to believe he was dead if they made it as obvious as Varian/Saurfang/Garrosh, leaving pretty much nothing to question. But we didn’t even see him “die”.
Khadgar most definitely is not dead. I’m gonna be laughing at everyone who thought so when he shows up with a missing hand in “Dark Heart Citadel” when we finally take the “real fight” to Xalatath. Deathbait is obvious.

As in the fight for Dalaran wasn’t the real endgame. He got disenchanted just like Varian. He is powder that will probably make one hell of an enchantment.
I’ll eat my words if I’m wrong but that was pretty permanent looking to me.
We know for sure his hand was vaporized. It seems unlikely he survived though.
Maybe he survived and we’ll save him and him and faerin can relate to each other over missing body parts.
Even if he is gone for good, he got a slightly better sendoff than Tirion Fordring.
