Well, ya see…
Azeroth used to be a place of metal and stone, until the curse of flesh was released by Loken. The Orcs secretly knew this on Draenor, and had to bulk up and get their guns a packing to battle these creatures of stone. Now, they just look massively stronk, since humans etc are now just squishy fleshy things.
Orc Bank alts are almost always shirtless.

It is a well known fact that fel makes your skin more sensitive. That’s why demons wear so little clothes when they can get away with it.
The orcs drank the fel blood ages ago, but they still have enough fel tainting in them to make their skin sensitive enough that shirts are uncomfortable.
