Legit question.
I just dinged 70 on my mage 3 days ago.
Doing world quests, mythic +s…raid tuesday and thursday. Outside of that its doing old content.
Wows just gotten stale.
Maybe its just me.

I mean that is the game these days.
Unless you’re one of those people that can just do mythic plus everyday, it does get stale.
But if you think about it it’s always been that way. You find things to do and then you get bored when you don’t find things.
Taking out optional content like command tables might not have been a bright idea. Because you can pick that up whenever you want versus all these time events

I think it’s probably this. WoW’s never had a plethora of things to do at endgame previously. Prior to Legion it was even one less option than listed.

Well their problem is a lot of this optional content had progression behind it, so people felt like they had to do it, and got burnt out.
If you do this stuff and don’t lock power progression behind it, it’ll actually feel fun.
I mean who felt the need to do command tables compulsively?
It was the most casual of casual. You could even do it from your phone

I think it’s sort of fun. When the game is stale, then there’s always guild drama or other stuff to do in game. There’s never really a time where you have nothing to do, there’s always mage tower, transmog farming, achievement hunting, mount farming, etc.

This is why I’ve been pushing for the return of daily hubs. I would much rather log in and do something like the Shadopan rep, where a story unfolds and the area expands, rather than complete WQ that I have zero interest or connection to.
The endgame out in the world just feels chaotic and lackluster. Only M+ and raids feel focused and progressive. It took DF to make me realize what’s been bothering me about WoW since Legion. I open the map and see an uninteresting mess rather than activities I want to participate in.

I don’t mind world quest at all. I really like them. But I guess in some ways. I’m glad I don’t feel the need to play All The Time. I have mixed feelings

Well, my sub is up in 7 days, so I won’t be playing DF at all soon, and as I’ve said in many other threads, the only things that are going to bring me back are playable Tinkers, Tuskar, or Ogres. Those are likely never going to happen.
When the game gets stale, come to forums and join in the fun and hilarity of General Discussions!
For this weeks entertainment, Sasarai is going to run through Orgrimmar wearing only a Mankini!

It’s because you are just doing current content just by what you have said, and will admit, current retail is kinda boring.
But that’s where the old stuff can help. Pet battle and collect pets. Try new classes. Do professions. Afk in Suramar. Try to get invincible and fail 1000 times. Mount farm. Rp (just don’t go into moon guard’s goldshire, your eyes will thank you)
Do random crap with your mounts, dragon race, collect mogs, do trading post, annoy your king, throw moons at the enemy faction, raid your enemy faction, fight the elevator boss
The list goes on

I sure would. But the problem is I already have fifty. On the brightside i’ve only max leveled nine this expansion… The bad news is a kind of don’t like priests or warriors

I think fewer, as fewer relates to distinct count (like fewer people), and less relates to amount (like less water in my glass).
