Not exactly new… many races don’t have female models, for example how have you never noticed that we haven’t seen any female Tuskarr until THIS expansion?
Very few if any generic mob races like Gnolls, Tuskarr (until now), Ogres, etc etc have female unique models…

Dragonspawn have buffer, typically ‘male-looking’ models and slimmer typically ‘female-looking’ models.
They introduced A LOT of new mechanics to place a friendly gaming environment towards casuals.
The biggest mechanics IMO is the class talent tree and the professions talent tree. After that its dragonriding.
They’re not lazy. They actually did really great for this expansion. IMO it beats WotLK. Feel free to disagree with me.
I’m reminded of a Steve Irwin (may he rest in peace) episode where he and his wife are routinely sexing their crocodiles. Their biggest, meanest crocodile (Aggro, I think it was) who they always assumed was male, turned out to be female.
His wife discovered it, he didn’t believe it, checked himself.
And sexing crocodiles is much like sexing chicken chicks…just less fluffy…
The game couldn’t handle that raw sex appeal.
Do you always look at the sex of a character when you pass them?

If this is correct but its not, they add more female to old npcs.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
