What’s up with the random tombstones in delves that tell you when and where another player died and what killed them?
Doesn’t seem like something everyone would want advertised

I think it’s fun. Died on my monk earlier and ran a friend through the same delve on my paladin. It was actually kinda fun to ping the tombstone and go “yeah that’s me”.

At least if it was your guild mates or friends it could be fun. But nope, everyone I have seen has just been randos.

It’s a play on dark souls. You are supposed to be able to see a ghost of them and how they died too but it doesn’t seem to work.

And it’s pretty hilarious when you see one at the bottom of Archive Assault from a Delve Three because the noob couldn’t click a portal.

Wait… they are giving us the souls death ghosts but in a form of tombstones?? I absolutely love that and kinda wanna do delves now.

uh, yeah totally isn’t because people think that extra action button that says it moves you forward is going to be the mechanic to get you to cross the gap or anything like that… I had disengage on the hunter so I lived, but this would explain those tomestones at the bottom.

Oh, its definitely true. Although they seem to be very random. I think I normally only see 1 per delve, and I’m very confident that more people have died than that.

At the end of the season I hope we get a leaderboard telling us which monster was the deadliest in each delve. Also it’s great when you complete a delve and just see a bunch of ghosts dancing in the end vault.

I just saw someone’s ghost at the end of my last delve. But it didn’t have any death information like the tombstones do. Just a name and server.
